 United Nations Deputy Chief of Security in East Timor. Successfully negotiated with Indonesian Police, Military and civil authorities to successfully conduct the self-determination elections. Co-authored the plan and executed the successful evacuation of the UN Mission without any casualties.

Officer Commanding 152 Signal Squadron. The Special Air Service Regiment. Operations Officer Australian Defence Force Counter-Terrorism Capability. Operational service in the Persian Gulf.

Head of Communications, Information Systems and Electronic Warfare. Headquarters Australian Special Forces - Evacuation Planning Team Rwanda.

Project Manager. Managed several successful major multi-million dollar telecommunication and information technology projects including:

    • Long Range Patrol Radio System,
    • Special Forces Wider Area Network, and
    • Special Recovery Command Support System.

Principle Manager. Information management policy and processes for the Australian Special Operations community (approx 1500 people). Implemented best practice continuous improvement program resulting in significant efficiency gains, particularly in time management.

Owner/Operator.  Australia's first kite surfing school.  

Event Director. Kiteboard Professional World Tour.

Sculptor. Award-winning, commercially successful artist with commissions up to $50K.
